As a mom of a neurodiverse child, I especially understand how isolating and stressful parenting can feel at times. It’s easy to rely on alcohol as a way to cope or unwind.
But drinking is only a temporary fix – it doesn’t actually help you manage your stress or improve your situation long term. In fact, it can make parenting harder and damage your relationship with your child.
In 12 Sessions, Transform Your Reality
Make guilt from drinking a thing of the past (for real) and get support from a coach who knows the intricate balance of being a mom to a neurodiverse kid (who successfully cut alcohol out of life and doesn’t think about it… ever!). And you can too.
We moms face a host of issues raising kids with different abilities.
From diagnosis to early intervention, working within the school and IEP system, doctors and specialist appointments, health concerns, fostering friendships, summer and school break plans, dealing with social challenges, transitioning into adulthood, and navigating complex disability services and resources. Let’s not forget our other kids and/or partner and their needs mixed with your additional roles in and out of your home. It’s a complicated recipe that leads to the thought, “Is it 5:00 yet?”
Liberate Your Mind
Unshackle yourself from limiting beliefs that keep you tethered to a cycle of stress and reliance on alcohol. Through targeted exercises, we’ll examine and chip away at these beliefs, empowering you to break free from the chains of old thought patterns.
Rewrite Your Story
Take control of the stories you tell yourself. Identify and change thoughts that no longer serve your growth. We’ll work together to rewrite your narrative, fostering a mindset that aligns with your aspirations and aspirations for a life without the crutch of alcohol.
Nourish Your Well-Being
Cultivate daily routines and self-care practices that ground and center you, eliminating the need to reach for alcohol. Discover the power of foundational nutrition to not only nourish your body but also stave off cravings, providing a solid foundation for your journey to lasting change.
Master Life’s Challenges
Equip yourself with a toolbox of healthy coping mechanisms to tackle stress, overwhelm, and societal drinking pressures head-on. From understanding social triggers to setting and maintaining boundaries, you’ll learn to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, strength, and an empowered voice.
